There is a saying “It is not how much knowledge you know, it is the people that you know that will help you to succeed.” I agreed that knowledge is essential, but knowing the right people and developing good rapport with them is the key to success.

Just imagine that you can build a good rapport with the girl of your dream, anytime, anywhere. It will definitely increase your chance of succeeding at wooing her right?

One of the techniques to build rapport is to get into the world of the other person. Mirror their action, mirror the way they speak. Try these out, and you will find that you will be communicating better with other people, and thus building strong rapport with anyone that you meet in the future.

I hear from CCNA and CCNP candidates every day, and the most common question is “What routers and switches should I buy for my home lab?” There is no one right answer to this question, since every test candidate has a different budget. There are also CCNA candidates who want to go on to the CCNP and want to know what routers and switches are best for future study.
